Energetic has my vote for best trait in the game! The reason is that survival is key in a game like this, and stacking extra constitution comes from MANY places. You can get bonuses from gear, Vigor, and Guardian’s Stone. Every time you get a little more Constitution you are increasing the effect of Energetic. This is the go-to defensive trait and it’s AMAZING on EVERY single champion in the game. The only exception is running a healer team. At a certain level of healing, Honorable becomes more efficient that Energetic. You’ll have to feel out that line for your individual team.
