Brutal is definitely one of the best skills in the game and it fits on ALMOST every single build. The only exception to this is when there is a character with no abilities that scale off of strength. This is pretty rare, but an example would be the Female Lionstone. She has no use for strength at all. HOWEVER, the MALE Lionstone uses Brutal to increase the size of his shields! Read your skill carefully, and expect to see this trait recommended VERY often on our character pages.
