Silences can be a very effective counter measure in Bloodline. If you silence a person as they are activating their Ultimate you can cancel out their entire energy bar! I wouldn’t call this trait a go-to trait, but in the right circumstances it can be highly effective. Especially if you are increasing your attack speed already!
