Inventive is another case where a trait has been made almost irrelevant by power creep. Steadfast gives a MUCH larger shield. (MORE than 3x bigger) It can also trigger every 6 seconds, which is likely to be more often than Inventive. I would not currently recommend adding this trait to a character.
