Cutthroat is one option for Lifesteal that is moderately useful. I would say that I believe there are essentially always better traits to put on, but this trait isn’t completely useless. This is especially worth using on very high damage characters when they are on a team with a champion who has Devout. I believe that Female Aeson can also boost this number with her passive, but she is generally considered to be a pretty bad champion.
